Switchbot curtain rod 2

Works straight out of the box with a little calibration done within the app. Another good thing that I realised when I set them up was that the battery level of each curtain rod 2 was almost 100% . A bonus because I didn’t have to charge them more than a few minutes before they reached full charge . Unlike a lot of other battery operated devices which you have to charge for a while . Pretty much straight out the box these things work and there also quieter than I thought they would be which is another bonus .

An improvement over the original.

I bought 2 "grommet" system curtain rod 2s, and am happy to report that they are indeed an improvement over the original version, which even after the join patch to cover the gap where the curtain pole extends was applied, would get a little "bump" everytime they went from the smaller rod to the larger rod, resulting in a small (and I mean really small) discrepancy in where it was supposed to close to, and where it actually stopped.
The curtain rod 2, just glide over this join as if it wasn't there, and the curtains shut where they should everytime, and are well worth 5 stars (especially taking into consideration the sale price from the week before Prime day).
I'll be watching Switchbot closely in the future, to see what else they come up with.

Return and Refund Procedure

1.If you are looking to apply for a return or refund,please email the following information to support@wondertechlabs.com, we will send a confirmation email to you within 3 business days of your request.

*A description of the reason for your return

* A video/image that explains the issue

2.We will confirm if the package is unopened or not, and will supply a return address to customer.

3.Customer will then send back the package and device.

4.Customer must then provide a tracking number for their delivery.

5.Our processing centre will confirm there are no issues with the return.6.Refund will be processed.

Note: The time it takes for products to be sent back to our warehouse varies and may take up to as long as 1 month. Our warehouse accepts returns every two weeks . How can I cancel my order?

Can you give it percentage to open commands or set custom stop points? Or its just completly open or closed?

You can setup custom stop points. i only open mine halfway.

If i have two curtain panels, do i need to buy one product or two? i can't figure out for the description how many devices come in a pack.

Just one device comes per pack, if you have two panels and they open in opposite directions, you would need two switchbots.
