Hi.
The item delivered to me 3 days ago.
There was issue with Fedex so I was late to my flight.
The Lock wasnt an exec fit to my lock, he didnt got much space so i had to turn the handler to the other side.
Finally i did that and everything was ok
Now i have issue that it takes a long time to activate with google assistance.
When i give the order it has like 2 min delay, sometimes it doesn't lock the door
Bought this as reccomended by our condo corp to stay within Fire Regulations by not changing the master key. It works awesome and we couldn't be happier. The keypad never fails and the biometrics are great when you are carrying stuff and can't get to the keys. Also looking at purchasing the cameras as they have all the functionality of their competitors but all work within the same app so you don't have to run a bunch of different apps. We have a medically complex little boy so this is great when we go out we can keep an eye on him and the nurses. Thanks Switchbot 😊
I was skeptical about this device as my apartment door already had a bulky RFID deadbolt installed on the door that I could not remove due to my lease, but the Switchbot Lock could handle it. The device has been in use for three weeks with no issues. The iPhone and Apple Watch capabilities are a very nice touch!
This thing is awesome, it was easy to install and the keypad having nfc cards is perfect. I can make the card a temp card for someone or just have it around instead of entering a code. 5 star all the way.
