I love the size of the vacuum and the robot. The vacuum is about the same length as my Dysons, but longer than a regular handheld vacuum, it’s as light as a handheld vacuum, and it’s perfect for stairs cleaning. The robot is also a little smaller comparing to my other robots, so it can clean the corners better. I also like that this robot doesn’t violently bump into furnitures, not like my other robots. The software is probably better designed so it avoids collision better. The two in one design is interesting. If you have smaller space, this fits well. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Easy to install and very smart
Well, I look forward to receiving this package for two days, because this is the first time I use the smart cleaning robot.
I immediately came up with the instructions to confirm how it was used, and it took me less than ten minutes to assemble and set it up. I was very excited.
This robot and vacuum are both portable and you can schedule the robot for work. I usually set this up at day time since both me and my wife are not at home. The cleaning robot works super well. It can precisely clean everywhere at my dining area!

Smart, efficient and saves space
Have been using this product for a week for the daily cleaning. So far it works great and is smart enough to detect my room space and won't leave a corner uncleaned. A good thing about it, the station scharges the vacuum and also holds the mop and charges it, so i can literally keep all the cleaning tools in one place. Also the vacuum works on different surface like carpets and tiles and it navigates between them with no problem.it climbs up to 0.5-0.7 inch and is better than my old robot vacuum, which is bigger but less powerful. Nice product and would def recommend.

A very unique and convenient design!
I actually bought the switchbot thermometer first, before I realized they have the entire ecosystem. As someone who just bought a house I want to give it a try to put everything under one ecosystem to replace my lacrosse weather station, various vacuum etc.
They k10 pro has a very unique design, it has the robot and vacuum together and just taking the estate for a robot. What makes it better is that it largely took out the part I hate the most about a vacuum - the dust bin, the station for the robot will also automatically empty the dust bin for you!!! Which I absolutely love. It also comes with this little cute stand that keep all the brushes in order, which is also very neat to have! As the the robot and vacuum, these are just standard thing that as good as or as bad as everyone else.

I’ve had this product for over a week now, and I have to say, I’m impressed! The instruction manual is very detailed and easy to follow so setup was quick and straightforward. It’s stylish, doesn’t take up too much space, and offers strong suction power that’s perfect for regular cleaning. The robot vacuum works great on both carpets and hard floors, and it can even reach tricky spots like under cabinets. Plus, it’s quiet enough that my cats don’t mind the sound at all. The handheld vacuum is lightweight and comes with various vacuum heads for cleaning different surfaces. So far, I’ve used it on the sofa, bean chair, in my car, and it’s been highly effective. I think it’s definitely worth the price!

The assembly was pretty straightforward. After used it a few times, I would say overall I'm satisfied with this purchase. The vacuum cleaner is powerful and at the same time not heavy at all. Even my daughter can easily handle and play with it. The robot vacuum created a map of my first floor within 15 minutes, and when I moved it to another room during the cleaning, it can figure out its new location in a few seconds by just looking around. The mopping feature works well, but a problem is that the mopping cloth dries out quickly and I had to change it a few times during mopping.

The Dust Box is not washable. It is disposable and should be replaced every 1~2 months.
We recommend a distance of 1 meter on the left and right of your station, and 1.5 meters in front. Insufficient space may affect your robot when returning to the charging station. Make sure there are no obstacles or strong light around the installation area.
Dust Box capacity is approximately 200ml.
When creating a map for the first time, it is necessary to bring your K10+ Pro and the Auto-Empty Station to each floor. Once the map is created, only the robot vacuum K10+ Pro itself will be required for subsequent cleaning.
