It's perfect, very compact, which is what I expected. For me, it's the best robot vacuum cleaner: small, compact, and very powerful for vacuuming.

Many improvements over the previous model!! ...But there is one new problem with the station base.
I love the K series of the switchbot vacuums for their capacity to get into the tight spaces of my apartment. It’s been such a valuable help for me as a disabled person with elderly parents. We all need what switchbot uniquely brought to the table.
There are so many improvements in the K11+ model over the K10+ Pro. These include more suction, better obstacle avoidance, better traction and less failure on carpets, and better wet-cloth attachment on the mop plate. The K11+ can vacuum my parents’ tight weave bedroom carpet, which the K10+ Pro could not even move on—apart from throwing itself a few inches and juddering before turning itself off.
There is one major step backwards with this model, and that is a problem with the design of the cord attachment on the self-empty station. This design flaw created repeated easily triggered problems for the base’s stability and thus the vacuum’s ability to dock and charge, although the problems are lessening with repeated use as I continue to bend the cord again and again back into its assigned groove. This cord design also means that they could not put a cordwinder on the back of the unit (the cord must pull away to the lefthand side of the unit to keep a good stability to the base; if you need to run it to the right for an outlet, you’ll need to pull it toward the left and gently loop it back overtop to the right, staying close to the outlet).
Also, even though I really like the K11’s app and the ease with which it maps, every basic command seems to take more steps to get to (versus the K10 app) instead of appearing on the screen—a problem for use by the elderly. I imagine switchbot will be working on these issues over time.
I really would have appreciated if the new enhanced suction range—which is great—had come with four suction settings, rather than only three. I miss K10’s “strong” setting, which was uniquely useful for me. The K11 “strong” is too strong for my intended uses.

Perfect Size with Easy Mop Function. Love it!
I absolutely love our K11+! Its compact size makes it perfect for getting between chairs and under shelves, where dust tends to hide. We use it every day for both vacuuming and mopping, and it keeps our house consistently clean. I love the mop (wipe?) function. it’s so convenient! I can just wipe and throw it away, with no need for complicated washing or drying. My mom and my brother each have one too, and they love theirs just as much. The K11+ makes daily cleaning effortless, and I couldn’t be happier with it. K11+ at their house. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a small, efficient, and reliable cleaning robot!

K11+ Robot Vacuum Tiny but Mighty!
I preordered by K11+ vacuum back in August and got the little guy in middle of September. I had the original K10+ and thought it was pretty good but wow - you all upped your game and really improved on the original's specs! The K11+ is three times better than my K10+, has an anti tangle brush, and even a smaller station. I'd almost say it moves faster than the K10+ but that's probably in my head!
What I can say about this vacuum with certainty is that if you are on the fence about picking this up just do it. The robot vacuum specs went from good to great. I live in a home with 4 kids so this new member takes one stress off my back to be a more involved parent.
Thank you Switchbot for helping a working parent do more with their kids.

The latest firmware seems to work a lot better. Its been able to complete a cleaning and respects no go zones.
