Born and raised in Florida. I’ve gotten used to the extreme humidity and found it quite good for your skin. Moving to Utah is great but not the dry air. I’ve lived in Utah for almost 8 years and I finally caved and bought this humidifier especially because it has auto-refill function where my S10 robot will automatically refill the water!
My condo usually has 15% humidity level. My skin sheds/flakes quite often and I’ve gotten to the point where I realized it’s not just inconvenient but also quite gross.
Humidifier definitely helped with my skin and I have definitely noticed a huge improvement. Especially with my nostril. It’s so clear and I can easily breathe in my own home. It’s amazing. If you’re looking for a simple humidifier with auto-refill capability this is the one for you!
The light on top is a great resource to have! It shows you color based on the humidity condition so you know without having to look it up on the Hub 2 or your phone!
I do wish it has Matter/HomeKit capability so that I can control most functions in Apple Home app rather than just turn on/off in Home app.

SwitchBot does it again!
SwitchBot continues to make my life easier and easier. This humidifier was delivered during a particularly dry week around these parts. Outside humidity was in the mid-30% area at the high point, which made the inside humidity in the mid-20% range .After setting this humidifier up, the inside humidity was in the upper 30% range within about 4 hours. It took about another 8 hours to get the inside humidity up to my goal of 45%. Since our house is larger than the humidifier is designed for, it pretty much runs all the time to stay at the 45% area. But the humidity has not dropped below 35% since turning it on. Now, I did learn something when I first set up the humidifier that I will recommend to others. Do not place the humidifier on carpet. I did not have a leak or spill, but the robot vacuum could not back up to the connection point for refills. I eventually moved it to just outside our bedroom door onto hardwood floors. After re-marking the humidifier, it works beautifully. It takes a lot of trips to refill it and there is a bit more noise than I would like to hear while it refills. However, not having a move water around for refills is the best thing ever. Thanks SwitchBot, you keep making my life easier!!
