Great Lock

The lock is really great. I connected the lock to Apple home through hub 2 and up to now works flawlessly. The mechanism is strong and silent. The app offers several features what still is missing is notifications through the Apple Home which I believe will come in a future software update. The value is great for what you pay. Remaining to see if it will have any issues as I have installed it less than a day. The shipping could have been better as it took 14 days to arrive!

Best (and most quiet) SmartLock I ever had!

The SwitchBot Lock Ultra is by far the most quiet smartlock I ever had. In the slowest setting you nearly hear nothing except the lock mechanism itself. But even in the fastest setting it’s surprisingly quiet. On the outside you nearly hear nothing in the fastest setting - which is very nice when living in a flat with neighbors doors next to one.
Setting up the lock is quite easy and the installation too. The lock has a nice haptic and feels high quality. It’s a big bigger than some others on the market, but that does not really matter as you get the most functions and best performance with this lock. Nice and unique feature is the extra batteries you get in the lock. This way you can recharge the main battery and still can operate the lock.

I pared the lock with the keypad vision which is a very nice combo. The unlocking process is smooth and fast.

Bonus points for the support: They take feedback of the users and try to improve their products with it. I recommend some small improvements and got the feedback that they are developing one of them already. Most companies may only send a pre-written thank you mail and don’t really care about the feedback.

Finally, this is a smart lock I can put in my home and use forever. It looks great, and the Keypad Vision makes entry into my home easy and quick. This smart lock (with the keypad) has over 18 different ways to unlock or lock the door so you're not only secure, but it's pretty convenient.
