Do devices bought on Amazon earn points?
Yes. Add eligible devices from SwitchBot, Amazon or other retailers to the app. Second-hand devices are excluded.
Why do I need to link my accounts?
Your app and store accounts are separate. Link them to use your device points online.
Can I combine points with other discounts?
Cash discounts redeemed with points and reward coupons can both be combined with eligible site discounts.
Why are my points missing or incorrect?
Link your accounts and update the app to version 6.15 or later. Allow time for device points to sync. If the balance remains incorrect, contact support.
Can I use coupons for shipping or combine several?
Use one coupon per order; shipping is excluded. Free-shipping thresholds apply after the points discount.
Where is my coupon, and when does it expire?
Check the email sent after redemption. Standard non-promotional codes are valid for one month; check your coupon’s expiry date.
Can I get redeemed points back?
No. Confirming redemption permanently deducts the points, even if the coupon is unused.
Can I link more than one account?
One app account can link to one store account.
