Shipping Policy
1. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to dispatch your order (The shipping time may vary due to the uncontrollable factors, e.g.: political activities, climate changes ). Please be known that we do not process orders or shipping on weekends or holidays.
2. Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. If you need to change the address, please don't hesitate to contact us before the package ship out. We will help you contact the shipping carrier that is responsible for the transportation, but we are not responsible for any package damage, loss, or delay caused by incorrect shipping information customers provide nor caused by the shipping carrier during the transportation.
3. Free shipping for orders over $99.00, we will charge you $9.99 as shipping fee if your orders less than $99.00.
4. Our shipping warehouse is located in California.
5. Standard shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
6. Shipping Information for Specific Regions and Selected Products.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam will be shipped from China. A $120 shipping fee applies to K10+, K10+ Pro, Roller Shade, Air Purifier, Air Purifier Table, and Evaporative Humidifier. A $180 shipping fee applies to S10, K10+ Pro Combo, and Circulator Fan.
7. Please refer to the following table in regards to delivery time. Please note, this table is for reference only and you may experience delays depending on other factors not taken into account.
